HM Series Product Revision Chronology

We have incorporated a number of product revisions and updates beginning March 5th of 2007. This is a fairly extensive list of changes that we believe will improve the quality, durability and performance of our product as well as improved information for product support.

Monday, April 16, 2007 - Revisions for Week of April 16th

- Revised Quality Inspection /Production Test Sheet to include manifold pressure settings during test.

- Revised air pressure switch mounting bracket, to permit mounting of pressure switch at or above level draft fan static tap on all models. (Minimize likelihood of condensate accumulating in pressure switch).

- Incorporate revised rollout location and bracket on all HMB series models.

Tuesday, March 06, 2007 - Additional changes

- Union fitting added between gas controls and to provide for improved field service accessibility and to simplify pipe routing by OEM at unit assembly if required.

- New listed rollout switch bracket and location on HMA, HMD, HMG to reduce nuisance shut-down issues due to rollout switch trips in high ambient or temporary wind or recirculation conditions.

- New Burner Rack Support Bracket on HMA, HMD, HMG to provide additional support to burner rack mounting and reduce incidence of shipping and installation related damage to existing mounting brackets.

- New instruction packages including update installation and operation manuals. Each set will be packaged separately in a Poly Envelope and Labeled for OEM or User Installer and shipped in the box with the Junction Box assembly. OEM should retain their package. Installer user package should be shipped with equipment as it includes set-up, operation and maintenance information for installer and user specific to the duct furnace.

- OEM Package: OEM Installation Manual, Wiring Diagram for the Control System & Voltage, Sequence of Operation, for MD Systems, Mod set-up, and an HM Set-up Data Sheet.
